Speaking Spanese!! 11/7/11

FINE ILL LEARN SPANISH SHEEESH!!!!  We taught a lesson to a lady who only speaks Spanish and I just sat there like an idiot with nothing to say it was sooo sad and I just knew in that moment that Heavenly Father was like.... Sherie, if u want to help all my children ur going to have to learn Spanish..... and i was like FINE!!!lol So... I'm learning Spanish & I LOVE IT ITS SOOO MUCH EASIER THAN JAPANESE!!!!!  But i keep mixng up Japanese and Spanish so right now i am speaking Spanese :P  yeah!  I'm sure my spelling is going to be bad but i can pronounce this ok!

"Mayamo hermana jesperson es missionaras de la iglesia de jesucristo de los santos de los ultimos dias.  soy discipulo de jesucristo el hijo de dios. yose dios es nuestro padre celestial y yose nosotors somos sus hijo :) thats all i got right now but im still working on it :) watashi wa el libro de mormon ski desu." ahahhaaha Japanese and Spanish anyways!!! haha

Sister Roberts in our ward reminds me of u mom her daughter is out on her mission and she loves us visitng her because it reminds her of her daughter and she reminds me of uuuuuu!! I love visiting her and she said that when u learn a language not for yourself but to serve the lord he will help you and it is sooo true i feel like i am picking things up really fast and it is so great,  i cant wait until our next meeting with Isabelle so i can pray in Spanish and teach part of the lesson, she has the cutest twin boys that are five too and their names are horhay and emilliano sooo cute!!!  So i was thinking, I am now starting to read the BOM in spanish and i think u should too!!!  So u all can practice ur spanish, there are alot of cognates and it is really easy even if u have never learned spanish before, you can even read it with the english bom u should do that together and i will too and we can all share our testimonies in spanish woohoo GENIUS IDEA!!!  lol but even if u dont thomas u should pracitce spanish by reading the bom outloud it helps sooo much!!! 

the week goes by sooo fast and i have no time to reply to letters i have like twenty i still have not replied to please tell everyone i DO love them and mom can u tell Deborah Goates, Lexies mom that i was thinking of them and thank u for the package even though i havent responded yet and thank you for the package too omg i forgot to tell lauren I GOT IT AND IT WAS EVERYTHING I NEED... and more lol but it was seriously soooo perfect i needed those snacks and bandaids and everything in it was sooooo amazing!!!!!!!!  u were seriously inspired tender mercies from the lord love it! 

At church i also taught my first Gospel Doctrines Principle Class and it went sooo well!!  I cant believe im a teacher now it is sooo fun teaching the gospel!!! My lesson was on work and responsibility and i talked about Dad and how he always taught us to work hard and how u are such a great example too Mom.  I have the best parents in the world Thank You

Every day sister sorensen prays that we will have the gift of tongues and the first time i was like um.... and she said we needed it so we didnt mix our tongue up and so we could speak clearly hahah it is so true though we all need it expecially when we talk about the amazing gospel, each person we talk to speaks and hears differently and we need to adapt to them!

  DAD I HAVE THE MOST AMAZING AND HILARIOUS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!  it reminded me of the story u said of ur friend with the paint and the homless lady and how he talked like her and that was a huge lesson u learned.  Well we went to this one house and this ganster looking guy drove up with a wife beater and tattoos blaring his music and it was one of the best quality gospel conversations ive ever had!!  He was really interested and i taught him the entire first lesson about Gods love for us and the restoration of the gospel and how we can know for ourselves but his language was completely full of slang and stuff and as i spoke to him and taught him the lesson and bore my testimony i noticed my language changed and i sounded alot like him and as i was speaking i thought it was hilarious and i sounded rediculous but it was the language he needed and he almost cried and then at the end he hugged us and before i even knew what was happening he hugged us all (there were three of us sisters) lol but it was soo great isnt that cool!  YEAH I LOVE THE SPIRIT and i didnt know the spirit talked ganster it was aweosme!!!

I need to read the Pauline letters but it is soo true.  Our happiness should never depend on circumstance otherwise were going to be pretty miserable in this life.  A majority of our happiness depends on how we deal with hard times, we can find peace in living the gospel of Christ even when there is turmoil all around us, im out of time but i love u soo much and am praying for u keep reading keep talking to God keep growing ur testimonies and keep being converted this is a life long procvess remember God loves u just the way u are and nothing u do will change that because our wortth is not dependant on our actions only our happiness!
